VidhyaEdu is a cloud-based School Management System designed to help educational institutions manage students, teachers, attendance, fees, academics, examinations, communication, and other administrative activities.

  • Informing the relevant administrator about unauthorized access

Schools are responsible for managing accounts created for their administrators, teachers, students, parents, and staff members.

3. Subscription and Free Trial

VidhyaEdu may provide subscription plans and free trial options.

Free trial access is available for a limited period according to the applicable trial settings or selected package.

After the trial period expires, continued access to subscription-based services may require payment and activation of a valid subscription plan.

Features, limits, pricing, and availability may vary depending on the selected package.

4. Payments

Payments for paid subscription plans must be made according to the selected plan and applicable billing terms.

Failure to renew or maintain an active subscription may result in restricted access to certain services or features.

Educational institutions using VidhyaEdu are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information entered into the platform.

Schools must ensure that they have the necessary authority and permissions to manage student, parent, teacher, and staff information.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to our services. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical updates, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may update, improve, modify, or temporarily suspend parts of the platform when necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

The VidhyaEdu platform, website, branding, design, software, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit VidhyaEdu content or technology without prior authorization.
